Established in 1969, Sanctuary Housing Association is an Industrial & Provident Society registered with the Housing Corporation. Ours is a social enterprise with mainly social objectives, investing profits made back into the business or community rather than being driven by the need to increase returns for shareholders and owners. This does not mean that we are not a commercial organization, we are run as a business to maximize profit at every opportunity and we are very successful in doing so.
